28 Gyandeep Community Digital Libraries
The Dholpur District Library Project established 28 Gyandeep Community Digital Libraries with CSR support from SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited, in collaboration with Zila Parishad/Panchayati Raj institutions and Eco Needs Foundation.
Gyandeep introduced modern learning infrastructure into rural communities, including books, computers, internet connectivity, digital learning resources, smart displays, study furniture and technology-enabled library management.
The objective was to provide rural students with an environment comparable to modern urban learning spaces while keeping access within their own communities.
Eco Needs Foundation gratefully acknowledges the valuable support, guidance and encouragement extended by the SBI Cards team, particularly Mr. Avinash Agrawal (Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer (CPO), SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited), Ms. Priya Gill and Mr. Vishal Garg, whose contribution helped strengthen the implementation of the Gyandeep initiative and expand access to quality learning infrastructure in rural Dholpur.
